DB Corp IPO gets Rs 69.36 crore from 9 anchor investors

Media house DB Corp has received a commitment of Rs 69.36 crore from nine anchor investors for its initial public offer, opening on Friday.

The anchor investors, FID Funds (Mauritius) Ltd, FIL Trustee Company Private Limited, Nomura Funds Ireland-India Equity Funds, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd, IDFC Classic Equity Fund, Government of Singapore, Reliance Capital Trustee Company Ltd, India Capital Fund, BNP Paribas Arbitrage all committed at the upper end of the price band of Rs 212, a notice sent to the exchanges said.

The company proposes to enter the capital market with the issue of 18,175,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, at a price band of Rs 185-212 per share. The issue will close on December 15, 2009.

It will constitute about 10 per cent of the fully diluted post-issue capital of the company.
