Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd said on Wednesday it has fixed a price band of 85-90 rupees a share for its 5-million-share initial public offering.
The subscription for the issue starts on Feb. 16 and closes on Feb 19.

The company plans to raise up to 450 million rupees for expansion and to set up manufacturing facilities for injection mouldings, it said in a statement.

Almondz Global Securities is sole book running lead manager to the issue.
